You are responsible for assisting families, assisting in Make & Take Art Projects, passing out catalogs for the upcoming Fall Term at Paint Creek Center for the Arts, and providing general information about the Festival.
Assists with artist, volunteer or featured artist check-in and/or information tent volunteers to help patrons and participants alike find exactly what they are looking for! Example Volunteer Opportunities include: Personal Shoppers, Program Mentors, Professional Women’s Group Speakers, Boutique Clothing Sorters, and Going Places Network Speakers.
Volunteers needed to assist board members with special events such as sponsor receptions and special fundraising events. On call on an as-needed basis.
We always need help with our special programs and events, as well as with daily tasks.
Attend events and assist with ticket sales, ushering and more.
Help out with special events from information booths to fundraising.
Volunteers are needed in numerous areas – ushers, office, auction, special events, art, behind the scenes, and youth programs – to name a few. You can volunteer as often as you like and in as many areas as you like. The choice is yours.
Volunteers interested in assisting with Tibbits events: Assist with the preparation of and during events (Tibbits Young Audiences, auction, etc.), Serve on an event-planning committee, Provide food for guest performers, Backstage host/hostess for guest performers, or Driving cast, crew, and guest performers to and from the airport.
