To educate and provide direct patient support to people affected by Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders, their loved ones and care partners as well as the physicians and other allied health professionals who diagnose and treat those individuals with the disease.

Well House provides safe, affordable housing to the homeless. We recognize that each individual has their own unique needs and challenges, and that a “one size fits all” approach is often a barrier to housing.

Our mission is to launch a new wave of volunteerism for the many worthwhile programs and activities that are struggling with the issues that trouble our community – illiteracy, high school dropout rates, crime and youth violence, drug abuse, domestic abuse, neighborhood blight and unemployment.

We seek to catalyze a broad cultural shift away from the destructive effects of an industrial food system and fast life; toward the regenerative cultural, social and economic benefits of a sustainable food system, regional food traditions, the pleasures of the table, and a slower and more harmonious rhythm of life.

In fulfilling God’s calling to serve others, we will serve each hospice patient, whether residing in our facility or in their homes, (1) with love and compassion, (2) with a commitment to excellence and (3) to follow Christ’s teachings and example in all we do

To taking at-risk stray cats off the streets of the greater Grand Rapids area, providing them with veterinary care, and housing them in our free-roaming facilities until dedicated, loving permanent homes can be found.
