Cause: RESPONDING TO FOOD NEEDS This group offers meal kits for children throughout Michigan. Volunteers will package food on January 16th at 5881 Commerce Ave, Westland In collaboration with Kids Coalition Against Hunger, a large food distribution event will be held.
Cause: RESPONDING TO FOOD NEEDS Volunteers will package donated and purchased seeds for distribution through the Greater Lansing Food Bank. Many of the seeds are unique to ethnic cultures of people who are new to the Michigan area including migrant families and immigrants. Volunteers will package seeds and label for distribution.
Cause: SUPPORT YOUTH AmeriCorps Member lead activity to create a stress-reduction, mindfulness sessions offered virtually for youth 12-17 years old in Detroit.
