Our mission	Provide and promote a trail network that enriches people and communities throughout the greater Traverse region

Opportunities	Administrative/Events Volunteer opportunities include: Administrative/Data Entry, Baking Cookies for Events, Assisting at Events, Field Work (pruning, sweeping, mowing, trash pick up), Conducting Trail User Surveys, Making Deliveries (Posters, brochures, newsletters), Preparing Mailings, Gardening/Invasive Species Removal, Fundraising and Grant Writing, Volunteering for State and Bijou Theatre Shifts, Serving on the Board of Directors, Marketing, and Other opportunities. One-time, Occasional, Monthly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Virtual, Office work, Indoor, Outdoor None, On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Skill Volunteers Opportunities include: Legal, Marketing/Public Relations, Graphic Design, Accounting, Engineering, and Mapping/GIS. Occasional 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Virtual, Indoor Skilled Weekdays, Weekends

About us	Traverse Area Recreation and Transportation Trails, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that formed in 1998 when four individual trail groups in the Traverse City area united to create a stronger force for recreation and alternative transportation in northwest Michigan.
