Our mission

To make a way. A way to heal, empower, and employ women survivors of human trafficking, sexual abuse, and trauma. By providing safe and supportive housing, the opportunity for personal and financial independence, and a strong community of advocates and partners.
How you help

We have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities available. Your time and talent can help save lives and bring healing & freedom to women survivors in Jackson County & the surrounding areas. Our volunteers undergo a training process to ensure proper placement and procedures.

SOAR Café & Farms is a non-profit in Jackson, Michigan. SOAR exists to provide healing, housing, and employment for women survivors of human trafficking, sexual abuse, and trauma. We are following the model of Thistle Farms as a sister organization in the Thistle National Network.
