Porter Hills offers at-home care and services as well as retirement communities to seniors throughout West Michigan. As a leader in the senior service field, we have grown to provide community living on nine campuses in Kent County, home care services within a 60 mile radius of Grand Rapids, and in-patient, out-patient and home care rehabilitation therapies.
