To provide a constant source of support and understanding to the LGBTQ community of the greater Holland area. We seek to create a community in which all persons are afforded equal rights and opportunities.

Whether you have a specific interest, a special skill to contribute, or just want to lend a hand where ever you can, we’d love to hear from you!

Our vision is a community that welcomes all people. It is our desire that all forms of discrimination are removed in order to create a safe, open, and accepting environment for the LGBTQ community. We strive to provide the education, events and resources necessary to foster understanding, and to advocate within Holland for a community that accepts and embraces all. We host support groups like GenderSAFE, book groups, game nights, movie nights, and programs like Out in Faith. Equality Michigan meets here providing services and support for those who are victims. OOTL also offers programming specifically for LGBTQ youth who are wrestling with their own identities and who need safe, supportive community.
