How you help Volunteers play an essential role in our mission, and the success of our affiliate relies on a great team of volunteers! We hope that you will find volunteering with us rewarding as you join us in our mission as a nondenominational Christian housing ministry, working in partnership to build adequate housing, creating stronger families, and a better community.
About us Otsego County Habitat for Humanity (OCHFH) founded in September of 1993, is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International in Otsego County, Michigan. Our 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization has successfully placed 25 families in new energy-efficient homes over the past 25 years. To educate and encourage success with our future homeowners we offer Habitat Hope Financial Coaching, Habitat Learning Garden, and a Family Support Program. We also offer Aging in Place, A Brush With Kindness, Critical Home Repairs, Weatherization, Veterans Services, Deconstruction, and Clean Outs.
