Our mission	Advancing outdoor education and conservation in West Michigan.

Opportunities	Advisory Committees The ODC Network has multiple advisory committees to help provide expertise for staff on a variety of topics. These committees meet throughout the year and are an important part of how the ODC Network meets its mission. Occasional Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays Youth Volunteer Opportunities This program is designed for 12 to 18 year-olds who will work with ODC staff on a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks. Time may be spent improving trails, removing invasive species, cleaning animal enclosures, or assisting staff at events. Monthly Teens Individuals Physical, Indoor, Outdoor On-site Weekdays, Weekends Event Support Community events such as Treats and Trails, Macatawa Water Festival, Homestead Holiday, Maple Sugar Time, and the Migratory 5K Fun Run offer a variety of volunteer opportunities including setup, parking, wildlife assistant, and teardown. Occasional Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Physical, Event support, Outdoor On-site Weekdays River Clean-ups Help clean the Macatawa River of trash, debris, and other non-natural materials, on foot or by boat. Anyone under 16 years old must be with an adult. Boats and equipment will be provided if used during the cleanup. One-time Teens, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10) Physical, Outdoor None Weekdays, Weekends

How you help	Our staff of conservation experts and volunteers help us to protect and restore thousands of acres of natural habitat in West Michigan. From expansive public trail systems to pollinator gardens in your own back yard, we’re leading the charge on conservation in our community.

About us	The ODC Network is a non-profit outdoor education organization. Through its programs, demonstration areas and interpretive exhibits, the ODC Network provides students and community members with up-close views of nature and learning opportunities about the West Michigan environment.
