How you help Do you have an interest in helping with the development of FASD supports and information in the state of Michigan? Volunteer to supervise children at support group meetings (e.g., Project SAFE in Clinton Township), volunteer to develop or expand a parent support group in your area or online, volunteer to help spread information to local groups in your area about the effects of alcohol consumption during pregnancy, or work with MCFARES on a local or statewide initiative (e.g., grant writing, legislation, parent support groups, fundraiser).
About us The Coalition strengthens served communities’ ability to eliminate prenatal alcohol exposure and provide support to persons and families impacted by fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) by delivering exemplary professional education, public awareness, and support.
