Macomb County Office of Senior Services

Our mission | To promote and support aging well in Macomb County. |

How you help | Volunteers are critical to our mission. Everything we do is to help seniors stay in their homes and age well in place. For example, Meals Wheels engages 85 volunteers each weekday in delivering about 1700 meals to seniors who can’t drive easily or prepare their own food. Friendly Caller volunteers help seniors stay more connected to their community by giving their matched seniors a phone call every week or two.  This helps combat loneliness and volunteers love hearing their stories! |
