About us Heritage Hill is a 60-acre scenic 19th centuryfarm in Ann Arbor, Michigan that has been offering therapeutic equine assisted programs and farm activities for individuals with special needs since 1999. Michigan Abilities Center, a PATH, International Center, has provided equine assisted therapy programs at Heritage Hill since 2006. In May, 2015 Heritage Hill Haven was incorporated as a nonprofit to help support a variety of therapeutic and educational programs for children, youth, and adults with physical, mental, emotional, or learning challenges.
