About us HOAP, Inc. (Helping Our Adolescents Prosper) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that was born out of the overwhelming need to help young males and females ages (13-24) overcome life’s negative challenges as they relate to unplanned parenting, abuse, and other life difficulties which often lead to hopelessness.
