Ways to help

Food Rescue

Since 2008, Food Rescue has collected soon-to-expire, fresh, healthy food, and distributed it to the 70+ food pantries and community meal sites of the Northwest Food Coalition on the same day, at no cost to the pantries. Assist us in increasing access to healthy food and reducing food waste through food repack (times vary) and healthy harvest gleaning (times vary).

Street Outreach

We meet people where they are. We ensure their basic human needs are met. And we actively offer resources to help them find a home. Some people appreciate a referral to our local partners in the Coalition to End Homelessness. Sometimes we provide emergency assistance or emotional support.
