About us Volunteering with Goodwill Detroit presents you with a unique working environment. Your time with us can help you improve your current skills, or offer a chance to gain new ones. While volunteering in our retail stores, you can make your own schedule. This way you can fit in time to volunteer around work, school or other life priorities. While volunteering with us, you are helping to improve the Metro Detroit community. You will also be supporting Goodwill Detroit’s efforts to help local Detroiters become trained and ready to work.
