About us Ebenezer Community and Cultural Center (EC3) was founded by a group of human service professionals, all of whom were members of the Ebenezer A.M.E. Church. These women and men, guided by their faith and belief in the dignity and inherent rights of all people, set out to provide community outreach services designed to be a source of help during times of trouble, to provide services to strengthen, preserve and prevent the separation of families and to offer activities for youth that build assets and resilience within youth growing up in poverty.
