About us For over 36 years the Eastside Community Network (formerly Warren Conner Development Coalition) has worked tirelessly to develop programs and resources that center the needs of east side residents and amplify their voices with respect to the development of their communities. ECN spearheads initiatives that promote social cohesion, neighborhood sustainability, community participation, and resident empowerment.
