To promote resources for Mental Health, Social and Emotional Wellness. Through intentional media awareness campaigns, and educational events, we promote navigation to help reduce stigma so people get the help they need, ONE heart at a time.

Through intentional media awareness campaigns and events we share educational resources to encourage community participation to help reduce the stigma so people can become comfortable getting the help they need ONE HEART at a time.
