Clinic Needs - Equipment Prep Assistant

We are looking for volunteers to work as our Equipment prep assistant to assist staff with sterilizing the medical equipment and preparing surgical packs.


Volunteers are needed: Mondays-Wednesdays, 1pm-4pm

Volunteer Needed for Front Office

CSNIP's mission is to prevent pet overpopulation and improve the quality of life for dogs, cats, and their caregivers with accessible, high-quality, reduced-cost veterinary care.


Our busy office is in need of office volunteers for the following tasks:


Reminder calls: Call clients to remind them of their pet’s upcoming appointment.


Prepare medical packets: Assemble materials into packets for the next day’s medical appointments.

Assist with data entry, recording inventory, filing, and other office tasks.

These tasks can be done any time between Noon and 4pm, Monday through Thursday

Volunteer Laundry Assistant

CSNIP’s mission is to prevent pet overpopulation and improve the quality of life for dogs, cats, and their caregivers with accessible, high-quality, reduced-cost veterinary care.

We are looking for volunteers to work as our Laundry assistant:
With 70+surgeries per day, CSNIP generates a lot of laundry! We need volunteers willing to load the washing machines & dryers, fold the laundry and put it away.

Volunteers needed: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays any time between Noon and 4pm

Volunteer Office Assisant

Clinic Needs - Patient Transport Assistant

CSNIP’s mission is to prevent pet overpopulation and improve the quality of life for dogs, cats, and their caregivers with accessible, high-quality, reduced-cost veterinary care.

We are looking for volunteers to work as our Patient Transport team to carry/walk pets from the main entrance to the appropriate area of the facility. Must be able to lift 25lbs.

Volunteers needed: Mondays-Thursdays 8am-9:30am
