Help everyone who comes to Father Fred seeking assistance so that no need in our community is unfulfilled. We honor the legacy of Father Fred by treating all people with dignity and respect, while nurturing hope and working with humility.

It is the primary mission of CCHS to operate a “no time limits” shelter for domestic (non-feral) dogs and cats from Keweenaw, Houghton, and Baraga Counties and the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community in accordance with the guidelines set by the Michigan Department of Agriculture.

The United Way of Northeast Michigan serves the region by directing charitable resources to meet human needs. In other words, the United Way is here helping meet the health and human care needs of thousands of people in Alpena, Alcona & Montmorency Counties.

Our mission is to respond to a loving God by promoting health and well-being for the children and families of Haiti through caring service and the education of others.

We exist as an advocacy organization to make it possible for each person with a developmental disability to participate fully in all aspects of community and to support the effort of each individual to determine his/her own future.
