Mission: To empower all queer voices by building an accessible and equitable community through theatre and the arts.

Queer Theatre Kalamazoo (QTK) is a 501(c)3 non-profit theatre located in Kalamazoo, MI. We produce entertainment with a connection to the queer community. We believe in the power of theatre as a catalyst for social change. Through thoughtful entertainment, we represent LGBTQ+ voices, offer opportunities to local talent, and connect people across the spectrum.

[agency_mission] =>

Queer Theatre Kalamazoo harnesses the power of live theatre by producing a safe space for all audiences and promotes normalization of queer culture. Each year, we produce around 4 live theatre productions in addition to workshops, and other events. These activities engage volunteers that represent the diversity of our community and help us achieve our vision of building a thriving, cultural community where queer people are free to live, express, take risks, and create.
