Mission: To provide emergency services of food, clothing and referral information to families in need.
Open Door Outreach Center is a not for profit 501c3 organization relying on the generous support of neighbors and friends to continue its important work- providing resources, food and clothing to those in need. Recognizing the human dignity of all persons, Open Door may offer, as funding permits, other special assistance programs and supplemental services meant to improve the quality of life in the community. We service people in Waterford, White Lake, West Bloomfield, Keego Harbor, Sylvan Lake, Commerce, Orchard Lake, Walled Lake, Wolverine Lake and parts of Wixom.

Open Door’s food pantry provides food & care items on a monthly basis to qualified low income men, women, children and seniors struggling to make ends meet. Clients also receive a voucher and then shop in the Open Door thrift store, four times a year/seasonally or as needed.
