Mission: To provide options that empower people to thrive in their community.
We provide personalized, empowering options that help seniors live independently with joy in the place they call home. Founded in 1963 under the name Senior Services of Southwest Michigan, we are a non-profit organization guided by empathy and driven by compassion.
Milestone identifies individual needs and adapts as those needs change along life’s journey. We open eyes to possibilities and open doors to realistic options. We are the helping hand, the watchful eye, and the safety net for our clients and their caregivers.
We uplift those who may not know how to ask for help or are reluctant to do so. Seniors, their loved ones, and caregivers trust us to ease their burdens because we listen with respect, and they know they’re heard.
We support joyful living at every milestone through a wide array of comprehensive services and celebration of aging. By remaining connected to their communities, seniors thrive — and the whole community benefits from their presence.
