Mission: To advocate for and promote the well-being, safety, and self-sufficiency of Lansing residents through community outreach, social services, and partnerships with local organizations.
We are a human service outreach department of the City of Lansing. We provide information and referrals to citizens, agencies, organizations, and businesses.

The network represents service delivery providers and public/private sector representatives in greater Lansing that assist persons in need to acquire shelter, food, clothing, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, medical assistance, case management, and financial assistance.
