HarmonyCares Hospice serves the Southwest Michigan area and provides comprehensive hospice care services to patients in their own homes, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. HarmonyCares Hospice supports patients diagnosed with a terminal illness as well as for their loved ones and caregivers. We are a caring team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, nurse aides, volunteers and led by a Medical Director.

Volunteers are essential members of the hospice team. Volunteers offer companionship and support to patients and their caregivers wherever they call home. Volunteers provide companionship and friendly visits, pet therapy, music therapy and administrative office support.
