Our team consists of 6 people serving in 6 different areas. The Community School Director leads the team for events, projects, and provides assistance throughout the school where needed. The Community Health Worker helps the parents/guardians of the students and community members get access to public assistance and resources. The Community Resource Developer connects with the community to retrieve resources and funding for the school/school programs. The Family Engagement Coordinator provides adult classes, parent assistance and more. The Education Coordinator works with students 1-on-1, and provides literacy programs. The Physical Education Coordinator provides after school activities and conducts/assists with sports activities.
