We built The Willows at Howell on a foundation of family values: compassion, honesty, respect, and above all, service to others.

The Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority, a regional park system created in 1940 by the citizens of Southeast Michigan, provides excellent recreational and educational opportunities while serving as stewards of its natural resources. Our efforts are guided by the belief that the use of parks and exposure to natural environments enhance society’s health and quality of life.

Our primary goal is to be the safety net for all homeless Michigan Westies who do not have a responsible breeder who will stand behind them in their time of need.

Fostering Forward Michigan is a dynamic coalition of foster, adoptive and kinship families who actively engaged with our group members and provide direct support and service on a daily basis.

To provide life-changing camp experiences for children with serious health challenges and their families, free of charge.

To improve the lives of those affected by brain injury and to reduce the incidence and impact of brain injury through advocacy, awareness, education, prevention, research, and support.

We rescue shelter dogs, train them in our prison programs, pair them with veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or Traumatic Brain Injury, and continue their training to be service dogs. By doing this, we are Rescuing One to Heal Another!
