We’re exploring an exciting new volunteer partnership with **Levy**, the food and beverage provider for Michigan State University events, and we’re looking for individuals who may be interested in participating! In exchange for volunteering, a portion of sales would go directly to CADSA.
Volunteer opportunities would take place at select Michigan State events (dates and events will be determined later) and could include tasks such as delivering food and beverages to guests alongside Levy staff.
This opportunity is open to:
Before anyone can volunteer, Levy requires all interested volunteers to complete a background check and be approved. To help us prepare, we’re creating a list of individuals who would like to be considered for future volunteer opportunities.
**Interested? Complete our interest form here:**
Submitting the form **does not commit you to volunteering**—it simply lets us know you’re interested so we can begin the approval process and share future event opportunities as they become available.
We can’t wait to grow this partnership and create more inclusive volunteer opportunities in our community!

| About us | CADSA currently does NOT have an office! CADSA offers social clubs such as Playtime Pals, Club 21, and Studio21 (fall 2026). CADSA holds an annual Advocacy Event on 3-21 for World Down Syndrome Day. CADSA also hosts several annual events to support people with Down syndrome and their families such as a Picnic, Harvest Dance and walk in October for Down Syndrome Awareness Month. The Buddy Walk, which was renamed in 2011 to Step Up for Down Syndrome, is the yearly community celebration where it attracts 500+ people to raise awareness and funds to enhance the lives of people with Down Syndrome and their families. |
