Attend Virtual Meetings – usually one 30-45 minute meeting a month for social media planning
There will be a team of you working together to meet the following goals:

- Assisting with designing and implementing social media strategy to align with nonprofit missions
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content DAILY (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) on all media platforms
- Minimal 4 post, 2 stories, & 2 reels a week ( total number for month not per team member)
- For Tik Tok – require 2 videos a week
- All media platforms includes – facebook, linked in, Instagram & Tik Tok
- Management assisted by Sendible platform which combines posting to one platform in order to post to all and allowes timed calendar post in advance
- Create Flyers and/or Ads for Events in a timely manner to ensure adequate advertisement before event. ( Event flyers need to be up  a minimum of 4 weeks before an event)
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media
