To help educate, empower, and nurture underserved youth and adolescents including young mothers (mothers-to-be) by serving as their safety net and personal guide to overcome their lived experiences while helping them navigate the pathway to prosperity.

HOAP provides empowering educational workshops, transportation supports for our low-income mothers ages and their children access to safe, trustworthy, affordable, and reliable transportation to get to and from their non-emergency appointments, including school, work, and grocery shopping, and assistance with their basic essential needs.

Our approach at HOAP is to develop and empower the youth and adolescents in our community through coordinated community mobilization, staunch advocacy, and mentorship. We rely on the support of volunteers who are committed to our vision. If you are passionate about empowering young people, we invite you to join us as a volunteer.
