The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation is an extension of Elara Caring’s commitment to providing the right care, at the right time, in the right place. The foundation’s gifts to patients and their families provide services or experiences that can fill them with feelings of love, hope and healing despite the difficulties they may be experiencing through the end-of-life journey. The Elara Caring Hospice Foundation is dedicated to furthering this great work as we continue to grow to impact more individuals in the communities we serve.
