We are the Economic Opportunity Coaching Program, a dedicated team of AmeriCorps members on a one-year journey of growth, service, and impact. Peckham’s Economic Opportunity Coaching Program (EOCP) is a national service training corps that coaches people with disabilities, refugees, and low-income individuals in financial literacy and employability skills. We exist to serve Peckham Team Members and community employment clients facing economic barriers with positive change in their personal and professional growth.  We develop relevant training material to provide the best service possible and collaborate with Peckham staff to align with business goals.

Through relationship-building, community service, and individual achievement, we strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
